Air Tightness Testing

Based in Nairn, in the Highlands of Scotland, and working throughout the North of Scotland, Morayshire and Aberdeenshire.

My name is Tim Dyke, and I formerly jointly ran and tested under my old company name of Highland Air Tightness Testing Ltd (or HATT for short), along with my good friend Stephen. I have now brought everything together under the trusty umberella of Geodata Survey Ltd to provide a comprehensive, professional and friendly service. I am always happy to discuss projects over the phone, and can often schedule a site visit quickly and follow up with results and certificates timeously.

I offer air tightness testing for residential flats and houses, and also for commercial buildings. I have 16 years experience as an air tightness tester, and have tested hundreds of buildings all over the highlands.

As a member of ATTMA (Air Tightness Testing and Measurement Association) I provide compliant certificates for submission to Building Standards.
