Highland Air Tightness

This week we carried out sound insulation testing to the separating floors and walls between the 17 flats built by Compass in Portree on the Isle of Skye

Today we carried out an air tightness test on an old saw mill which has been totally renovated to form a modern beautiful new home near Ullapool. Good result for the test too

Today we are at Inverinate Estate near to Eilean Donan castle for an air tightness test

Today we are visiting the Isle of Rum to carry out sound testing on two new build semi detached properties. Nice to be out and about.

Spot the house 👁️Built with a grass roof, this beautiful house in the amazing scenery of Glen Garry, near Invergarry, Fort William performed extremely well so will be very energy efficient as a result

Here you see the amazing new primary school at Merkinch in Inverness. It is constructed with CLT (cross laminated timber) and performed very well achieving a great result of 2.8. Built by Robertson Construction this building will be a great asset to the community and to Inverness.

After all these years of carrying around Q6000 fans. We now have the this tiny little fan in our equipment line-up! Capable of easily testing flats and small house as we have discovered today!! Every day’s a learning day….
